Why nothing is missable: every region stays accessible after you leave it, so collectibles, skills and weapon upgrades can all be finished in post-game cleanup before you commit to New Game+. The only hard requirement is that some Blade Arts, Finishers and skill-tree trophies don't unlock until New Game+ specifically, which is why a single playthrough can't reach 100% no matter how thorough it is.

The realistic route to 100%
- First playthrough — story + collectibles (reported ~20 hours). Play through normally and pick up everything as you go; almost every collectible is available on the first run except one blade, which only appears once you start New Game+. That means 323 total collectibles across the categories above: 40 shrines, 34 Elite Golems, 30 Keeper Golems, 25 cook/crop books, 22 documents, 21 blades, 12 arrow/bolt manuals, 11 seedlings, 9 lore paintings and 119 campsites.
- New Game+ (reported ~10 hours). Your finished save carries over into a harder difficulty tier roughly comparable to Normal. This unlocks the last blade and the New Game+-gated Blade Art/Bloom Art/skill trophies.
- Level 100 and full upgrades (reported ~1 hour of farming). Most players finish both playthroughs around level 60–70; a reported farming spot in the Crater Zone (west of Crater: Outskirt, into the big crater) speeds up the rest of the climb to 100. Weapon and ammo upgrades cost Amber only, not materials, so by New Game+ endgame you should have enough from selling inventory to finish Blade Enthusiast and Munitions Master.
