How to unlock New Game+
Clear the main story. New Game+ becomes available immediately, built from your completed save — there's no extra menu unlock or separate purchase involved. The publisher confirmed NG+ exists directly in the official Steam community discussions before launch ("Yes and yes" in response to a player asking about NG+ and a harder difficulty).

NG+ enemies are reported to be tougher than a first Hard-mode run, though no source publishes exact difficulty numbers or multipliers. Can you skip cutscenes in New Game+?

Publisher community manager Sam replied in the official Fictions Discord on August 7 that skippable cutscenes are being fixed and are believed to be in the first or second patch.
